Bernstein Raises Robinhood Price Target to $160 on Expanding Crypto Ambitions

Bernstein increased the price target for Robinhood (HOOD) stock to $160 from $130, maintaining an “Outperform” rating. Analyst Gautam Chhugani highlighted that the platform is diversifying its revenue beyond traditional cryptocurrency and equities trading, accelerating its growth toward fast-adopting new financial instruments.

The report explains that emerging products—such as prediction markets, the Rothera platform, perpetual futures, and tokenized equities—will form part of a fee pool exceeding $70 billion. The investment platform expects event markets to surpass the company’s traditional crypto revenue by the second quarter, offsetting the cyclical slowdown in digital asset trading volume.

The combination of its on-chain infrastructure and the recent integration of AI trading agents places the firm in a strategic position within the financial ecosystem. The market will be watching the second-quarter earnings report on July 29, which will evaluate the capacity of these new verticals to sustain the projected valuation.
